Would anyone be surprised if they never gave Trump the actual codes in the first place? I wouldn't. And I wouldn't blame them for it.

I think we can fix it all by retroactively conceding Civil War 1865. How many votes do we need to revoke the terms of the surrender of the South, give them the victory, accept their Articles of Secession? They can be saddled with DJT, Emperor.
