If Baylor had won last night we'd be looking at a 5 way tie for first place at 6-3 with TCU at 5-3.
insane.

ISU's last 2 games were an ass whipping by Mizzou and choking a 23 point lead to lose to a Texas Tech team that was 0-8 in Big 12 play. Brutal.

sooo
I don't wanna be dramatic or anything
buuuuut
if KU's gonna stay in the conference race, this home game against Texas tomorrow is pretty much must win, right?

unless we’re counting on others to “collapse”, i’d think so

KU definitely has to win tomorrow night and probably will need a win in Austin in early March if it's going to be conference champs...if not their definitely going to have to go 3-0 @ TCU, OU, OSU...which feels like a big ask for this team right now.

I think we have to win out if we want to win outright.

KU remaining:
@ OU, @ OSU, v 14 BU, @ 17 TCU, v WVU, v TTU, @ 5 UT
UT remaining:
v WVU, @ TTU, v OU, v 11 ISU, @ 14 BU, @ 17 TCU, v 9 KU
ISU remaining:
@ WVU, v OSU, v 17 TCU, @ 12 ksu, @ 5 UT, v OU, v WVU, @ 14 BU
TCU remaining:
@ 12 ksu, v 14 BU, @ 11 ISU, v OSU, v 9 KU, @ TTU, v 5 UT, @ OU
ksu remaining:
v 17 TCU, @ TTU, @ OU, v 11 ISU, v 14 BU, @ OSU, v OU, @ WVU
KU likely favored in all but 2 ( @ TCU, @ UT ).
UT favored in all but 2 ( @ BU, @ TCU ).
ISU might only be favored in 4 of their remaining 8.
TCU favored in all but 2 ( @ 12 ksu, @ 11 ISU ).
ksu is tough bc I think they'll be dogs in some of these games but I think honestly they should be favored in all but 2 ( @ OSU, @ WVU ).
I think ISU falls off, ksu looses a head scratcher to TTU or something and the race comes down to KU @ TCU and KU @ UT.

Ku's win last night kept Texas from walking away with the conference title. There's no way in hell of knowing what's ahead made even more complicated by injuries and recovery time, particularly TCU which when healthy, I believe, is the best squad in the conference.
