As I told a friend of mine. Wouldn't be surprised if Chiefs win by 20. Wouldn't be surprised if Pats won by 10. But I think the game will fall somewhere in between those 2 outcomes.
Mahomes put up 31 in the second half on NE when he settled down and didn't have 2 bad picks. I think he's calm this weekend, and the Chiefs win fairly easily. The weather predictions help me lean that way more and more.

My final prediction after seeing updated weather predictions and with EB likely being back.
Chiefs over the Pats 31-23.
Chiefs lost to NE by 3 earlier in the year. In Foxboro. No Justin Houston. Sammy Watkins had 2 catches for short yards. Some dude named Josh Shaw was on Gronk. Ward is a huge upgrade over Scandrick. Mahomes had a HORRIBLE first half and the Chiefs were held to 9 points in the first half. Don't think that happens again.
From a couple of days ago. Said Chiefs win by 8. Think it's a 2 score game most of the 2nd half, but NE scores late to get it to one score. Chiefs dominate from 2nd quarter on.

I signed up for the 7-day trial for this story. And was not disappointed. Rustin just killed it with this article.. Now need to figure out if I keep The Athletic for the year..

Report today came out saying after the season EB is going to most likely have surgery on the heel after the season. I wonder if they try to do anything with him contractually this year.

Watching the last 10 min. of the NFC game, if the chefs have one PI penalty, I'm gonna be pissed.
Amazing how the games are called so much differently then regular season.

Blew that obvious PI that would have effectively ended the game. That plays well for the Chiefs considering they are a press man team.

Hindsight is 20/20, but deferring played right into what Brady/Belichick wanted to do in this game.

I was hoping the D would be more fired up.
As it is now, everything is working for the pats.

That was a big statement right there. No frills. I formation. We believe our guys are better than you.
The young QB is going to have to be on it today.

Welp, I hope our offense shows up tonight. Looks like we will need 40 to win.
