illy, when you try so hard to draw equivalencies, you inevitably inflate the severity of one thing while diminishing the severity of the other
everyone here agrees that both parties suck
your constant crusade of bothsidesisms adds nothing of substance to the conversation

You don't think some of the things that have happened to republican political figures /members of congress(or police officers) due to the rhetoric of political figures on the left are significant?
I think both are dangerous.
What dangerous things have happened to Republican political figures due to the rhetoric of political figures on the left?
A quick google search should give you a handful of incidents.
A quick Google search will provide me all sorts of stuff that I may or may not consider something that happened to Republican political figures due to the rhetoric of political figures on the left.
What I asked for is an example of something that YOU consider to be that since it was you who stated that it has happened. I assume you stated that after seeing what you feel was a specific example of it happening.

Outside of that softball game shoot em up, I honestly don't remember any.
I was assigned to a detail to basically body guard Tip O'Neill in 1990, due to a few validated threats to his life.
Caught the offender 4 blocks away from a location of a planned meeting armed with 2 .38 specials.

Fucking cowards.
Serious question to the Republicans on here.
I fully understand you're not wanting to be a Democrat but are you proud to be a Republican TODAY?
If you are, I still like you but..... I feel you're a complete asshole in that regard.

Absolute coincidence.
Hi-fucking-larious that these yahoos think that talking in what they perceive as code gets them around any legal issues while then posting video evidence of their guilt online for the world to see.

You seriously consider that a radical statement?
You don't think burning down police stations (i don't recall details about courthouses fwiw) and assaulting cops is similar to vandalizing/breaking into the Capitol and assaulting those cops?
I didn't watch the whole video so maybe he says some other shit...?
I think both are bad. Is it okay to think both are bad?

yes, both were bad
only was was attempting an insurrection
why is it so hard to understand that the one attempting to directly threaten the peaceful transition of power, and hence our democracy, is worse?
