And there was no access to fruit pops back in neolithic times. I can only imagine the mass fuckery as they ran around bashing each other over the head with mastodon bones.
Seems civilized by today's "standards"

Flipped over to fox tonight to see what tucker was ranting about.
Nothing on the attempted coup.
Seems Jill Biden said something about tacos that got everyone upset.

I assume someone wrote that for her to say. I assume that person was highly reprimanded if not fired.
As far as her mispronunciation of bodega, that was a great/terrible imitation of a cross between her husband, Trump, MTG and Boebert.
Maybe it's just me but it seems the last 6 months have really taken their toll on not just Joey but the First Lady as well.
I have a crazy idea. I know the President and First Lady need to make public appearances but perhaps those who care about them and have the power - limit them to public speaking as much as possible.

Maybe I missed something as I didn't watch very long. They were accusing the 1st lady of calling Mexicans tacos. Not sure how they made that connection, but they did.
I didn't see her say bodega.

She has an obsession with pot. Don't know why. Hardly the first time she's tried to express/imply pot smokers become "mass murderers" because they smoke pot.
I wonder if she drinks, and how she feels about alcohol - and what it does to people.
I wonder what she thinks of shoplifters.

Finally the lame stream media is telling the truth about one of those false flag events.
They really are happening people, wake up. sQuirt was right!
Warning, you are about to be exposed to serious face Laura Ingraham and serious face Ben Shapiro if you open this link. If you are only accustomed to smirking Laura and smirking Ben this could be traumatic.

rather than think the solution is limiting the public speaking of an elected leader (and/or First Lady, who isn't elected but is still very much expected to play a political/public role), maybe we could just start electing someone besides geriatric elites so out of touch that they're a walking gaffe to begin with.

I get the feeling Jill Biden has never even been to a bodega.
and even if she has, she def didn't know to do something crazy to let them know she's cool.

You're higher than Hunter Biden if you think Uncle Joe's ego would ever let him resign. No chance. He's going to have to be dragged out kicking and screaming by the Dems if they don't want him to run again in 2024.

one of my favorite excerpts ever. Seems apt to share it again:
a man on the scent of the White House is rarely rational. He is more like a beast in heat: a bull elk in the rut, crashing blindly through the timber in a fever for something to fuck. Anything! A cow, a calf, a mare--any flesh and blood beast with a hole in it.The bull elk is a very crafty animal for about fifty weeks of the year; his senses are so sharp that only an artful stalker can get within a thousand yards of him...butwhen the rut comes on, in the autumn, any geek with the sense to blow an elk-whistle can lure a bull elk right up to his car in ten minutes if he can drive within hearing range.
The dumb bastards lose all control of themselves when the rut comes on. Their eyes glaze over, their ears pack up with hot wax, and their loins get heavy with blood. Anything that sounds like a cow elk in heat will fuse the central nervous systems of every bull on the mountain. They will race through the timbers like huge cannonballs, trampling small trees and scraping off bloody chunks of their own hair on the unyielding bark of the big ones. They behave like sharks in a feeding frenzy, attacking each other with all the demented violence of human drug dealers gone mad on their own wares.
A career politician finally smelling the White House is not Much different from a bull elk in the rut. He will stop at nothing, trashing anything that gets in his way; and anything he can't handle personally, he will hire out--or, failing that, make a deal. It is a difficult syndrome for most people to understand, because so few of us ever come close to the kind of Ultimate Power and Achievement that the White House represents to a career politician.
The presidency is as far as he can go. There is no more. The currency of politics is power, and once you've been the Most Powerful Man in the World for four years, everything else is downhill--except four more years on the same trip.

Biden's approval rating today is 38%
Trump's approval rating when he left office was 38%
