Not a lot going on in the weekend, eh? ;)

I like this one better. A bunch of millionaire players complaining about inequality. What race dominates the NFL? It ain't whites.

I think someone mentioned something similar, but the booing the shows of unity proves it was never about disrepecting the flag or troops that pissed people off. They simply don't agree that black people have anything to complain about so they should just shut up and play ball. Kind of sad, but also not surprising...1 of the guys i golf with said he wasn't watching NFL anymore becuase they are all scumbags...i told him he was an idiot, and since he is a big UNC fan to be prepared to find another basketball team to cheer for because they are going to do similar things if/when we have an actual season of college basketball.

i’ve quoted this phrase before, but there is a difference between not being racist and being anti-racism

So i have waited a bit.....but i think it is sort of strange that there has been no talk about the 2 cops shot in LA. Zero outrage.

You don't have to be anti-cop to be pro black lives.

In general, the things that draw my outrage are things where people who are entrusted with great power over others but abuse that power and do harm.

A criminal being a criminal doesn't make me outraged. Frankly, the only thing I find "outrageous" was how young the perpetrator looked as they ran away. If this turns out to be some 14 year old, it wouldn't surprise me at all.

I hope they arrest the person who did it and they face punishment for their crime.

Two cops who were shot in LA was/is horrific but I have 5 questions. I don't expect anyone to answer them but of course I am interested in how people would answer.
1. How and why was this guy able to walk up on them and shoot them BOTH without seemingly being shot himself?
2. Why would anyone do what the shooter did?
3. I'm not sure how this ties in to 2nd amendment rights but to me it's just another example of why many people should not own/possess guns. How do we prevent guns being in the hands of "bad" people?
4. What percentage of Americans are actually happy the cops were shot and how fucking mentally sick are those people?
5. What percentage of cops will quit and/or retire in the year 2020 compared to 2019?

 Basically, anyone who isn't far left is a "white supremacist, racist" in 2020. That's how they try to sell it. It's hilarious because by their own definitions, I couldn't be a "racist" because I'm a mixed race.

I have to assume there are people on the far left who are "white supremacist, racist" but I have little doubt there are more from the far right.
As far as labeling people, that's America 2020. Seems the majority of the time people are labeled, they are labeled wrong by those doing the labeling.
Everybody is something "evil" and the "enemy" in the eyes and minds of others.
