Give me B all day. Like Newton pointed out a better and consistent football program will make this such a better University.
Can't fault Prunty at all. If the rumors are correct he could go from KU to tOSU. That is huge. Not only exposure wise but you put yourself, along with four or five other teams with legit shots to win a Natty.

Yeah if he goes to tOSU, go for it. But if he leaves for Va Tech or some program like that, probably not worth it. But if the 2 of the top guys on the defense leave to Auburn and tOSU, it shows that you are doing some good things.

Round of 32 losses have happened 30% of the time since Self has been at KU.
Football team hasn't won 6 games in 12 years.
B an easy choice.

Miles Kendrick the strength coach's first "Guy of the Week" and immediately impressed with his leadership.
We're going to have to go through another round of this, aren't we?

I would hope these guys are smarter than that. But he'll get some run, he just better not get the majority of the run.

First of all....fuck.
Second, "Guy of the week"? wtf is that? sounds like a play hard chart? Does guy of the week get a Snickers?
Third, If insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result than KU football fans are fucking insane.
When is late night?

"Guy of the week" is the least creative title I've ever heard...for anything...in my life. Is this the level of creativity we can expect from this staff? I know this is meaningless, but like...two seconds of thought would give you something better....and this is something they brought over from Buffalo!!!!! Get ready for some RB dives on 3rd and 8 and some direct passes to our WRs behind the line of scrimmage.
Miles Kendrick has supplanted Jeremy Case as the guy with the biggest difference between practice and game performance. This guy must be a weight room/film room/practice field legend. Like...Bo Jackson meets Paul fucking Bunyon kind of shit and then in the game he's a fucking poor man's DIII backup QB.
Oh Frabjuous Day!

and fuck you Newton. Don't you dare try to spin this. You sit in the cloud of this turd and think about it. No good comes from this. Breath it in deep. Let the scent cover your body and fill your lungs.

Of all the hires, I hated the strength coach the most, by far.

At most a University can have one "Sleeves" and we already filled our quota:
And what's worse, I don't even think we can make fun of shit like "win the dang day" now that we have this hanging over our heads.
I mean..."guy of the week"...that makes Beaty look like a regular Goethe for saying #EarnIt
And that's not even mentioning that it was given to Kendrick.

………… I never said any good will come from him playing. But he’s too much of a team guy to prevent him from sitting on the pine all year. It’s been happening for decades. But he shouldn’t and won’t be the guy, but he’ll still play some. As much as I hate it.

He’s part of doing business of hiring a coach. He’s probably not as bad as this, but probably not as good as Iannchoine or whatever his name was.

I did read that even the big programs have this corny ass slogans, but I am no fan.
I don't even really care about that. I am just really terrified that Kendrick takes snaps instead of holding the clipboard like he should be.

You realize there will be some walk-ons that are the dude of the week or whatever it is. Doesn't mean shit about playing time or status on the team.

This is all based on weight room and conditioning. Nothing to do with on field performance.

For me, it was the coach's full comments on Kendrick rather than the reward.
I've just seen this too many times. "Experience, leadership, calming presence, warrior, etc." Great. He's becoming the football Jeremy Case.

Case, by all accounts could at least stripe it from 3, albeit only in practice and against Tech.
Kendrick, heavens bless him, while he may be as good of a team guy, film junkie, etc when given opportunity after opportunity was one of the worst P5 QBs I have ever seen. Please, please just transition to an analyst role so we don’t have to hear about you being in the contention to play major minutes.
Bean, btw, is on campus.
