His poor lawyers should take his phones.

(“Poor” not because I pity them, but because they’re probably not getting paid.)

Any normal person would be waiting for trial - particularly in the national security info case - in a cell. So maybe this is Trump’s newest stab at populism?

Just gotta keep selling the "I'm being persecuted for Free Speech!" shtick going. It's already worked on the Rube Duo here.

The base is hardened to the point of irredeemableness.

If Trump tweeted out the judge’s address, and some rube put a bullet through her head the next day, the base would be out there decrying America’s mental health problems (and saying Trump can’t be held accountable for sick rogues).

This is not hyperbole. It’s precisely what would happen.

Threatened Jack Smith again. Needs to be jailed. Pretty simple. Can't imagine Hitler or Pol Pot staying quiet either. Eastman admits it was an insurrection too this weekend. Referenced the Declaration of Independence allowing Republicans to decide not to lose elections.

It's hard, because for a lot of reasons - political and legal - he is desperately trying to commit suicide by cop. He desperately WANTS to be thrown in jail, to be martyred (and to have grounds for vacation of his conviction on appeal, because he KNOWS he's toast on the merits).

The problem is he's dealing with very serious, very sober people. People who chew up and spit out dunces like he and his lawyers.

So I expect what you'll see is the DC judge making life very inconvenient and unenjoyable for him...WITHOUT doing anything that would breathe any oxygen whatsoever into his stupid First Amendment shithousery.

He planned, incited, and executed an attack on democracy during vote counting in Congress.

Except he knew that he lost the election fair and square. He was told that the election wasn’t rigged. The Courts (plural) said that the election wasn’t rigged. You yourself admitted that Trump lost. The only ones clinging to the narrative are the gullible rubes, and Trump who’s keeping that illusion alive. I’m beginning to doubt the sincerity of your admission about the 2020 Presidential election.

Al Gore knew that the election was rigged in 2000. Al Gore put country over party and person. Al Gore is a million times a better man than Trump ever could be.

So you think the election was rigged 20 years prior but don't think it could have been in 2020?

That's all moot.
The indictment goes out of its way to not be about "saying the election was rigged". Randy can't read.
