Denmark is 10th in the (notoriously flawed) FIFA world rankings

I was in London for the 2002 world cup.
I think England lost to Argentina 1-0 to be eliminated.
But the games before that, including the USA games ( upset v Portugal, I watched usa v mexico in Edinburgh ) were so memorable.

Parliament passed an emergency law to allow pubs to open at 7 am, previously only allowed to open at noon.

Soccer just so different everywhere else.

Surprising after they both were scoring a ton in the group matches and the 2 subsequent rounds.

Spain always ALWAYS tenses up in tight spots. They don't have the killer instinct. They rely on skill to beat teams.

Aren't they like 10-0 in major competitions in Wembley over the last 25 years or something like that. Something absurd.

Huge amount of pressure on England players today. A loss is going to devastate that country

On one hand, Denmark feels like a team of destiny. On the other hand, we're going have to hear this "it's coming home" crap until England finally actually wins something. Go Denmark.
