Is this where I should mention I'm not sure the Federal Government needs to be involved in deciding?

Seems like something the athletic bodies that govern those sports within the states and school districts should be able to handle setting those kinds of rules.

Now THIS I have a problem with.

Yeah, I am probably there as well. In theory, these organizations already are allowed to define what other requirements are needed or not allowed in order to participate. It just opens the doors for a lot of conflict, miscommunication and nastiness. Definitely doesn't feel like there is an all or nothing solution.
