How? The House impeaches. Even picking up seats in this election, the GOP won't have the numbers to do this until at least after the midterms.

I understand that Biden does not want to pursue a bunch of investigations. State investigations should move full steam ahead.

While on one hand I don’t think investigating the shit out of a departing potus is a good precedent, on the other hand, I would like to know exactly what this administration has been up to, and shamelessly not forthright about.

The emoluments is one thing. Could it be done in a way that sets an example and a precedent of expecting a potus to divest?

And what to say of national security? Could we and should we make sure Trump didn’t give away a bunch of secrets to Putin or some shit?
