He was an above average/good player all time at Kansas compared to the average player.
Wanna go through this again?
I'm your huckleberry.

Other than a typo, that's what I said, right?

fish is correct...most of the time, not all the time
if it was all the time, we wouldn’t be having this conversation

And, this team, as it is today, is really really predictable/one dimensional which makes it really really easy to defend.
What's our one dimension tho?

Does KU play a tribute video for him tomorrow? Similar to like an alum coming home or a pro player returning to the stadium that originally drafted him.
We can all disagree or agree on the value of ‘Gerald but a 30 second video of his time at KU would be a nice gesture.

I was thinking this, as well. He may not be there for it, but I'd be surprised if he's not recognized in at least some way.

He should be.
CnB won't agree but I don't think a tribute to his time here would hurt anyone.

The real question is, will you be happy with anything less than his number in the rafters?

Might as well do a video for Carlton Bragg, too.

Carlton Bragg was never a senior.
He had 305 points in his college career.
Vick had 1100.
But you know that, you're just bein' snarky per use.

LeGerry ain't coming back before the end of this season. Seems without point to pile on.
I wish him well. Hope he comes back to campus in the summers and whenever he wants to. Plays in the summertime camp games. Sits in the crowd on some game days.
Seems pointless to run him down at this point. I wish him well.

It's piling on to suggest that a player kicked off the team shouldn't get a Senior Day? Ok.

Everything Self has been saying in the media about him the past few days has continued to be extremely positive...which makes me think whatever issue was there was a real issue.
If that's the case, a video thing would be nice.

Bringing up Bragg does make me think of something. Who would be more of a Jayhawk, Bragg or Black? Should grad transfers get the full Senior Day treatment? If one and done freshman don't get it, why should one and done seniors?

I find it strange that he's not going to be here tomorrow.

A video thing would not "be nice." Some people here have lost their minds.
Vick is closer to not getting seats behind the bench five years from now than he is to getting a tribute.

Nothing like hoping a guy has mental issues just to get a little bit of message board cred.
