To me, it isn't the cursing, it's the animosity. We've always quarreled, that's kind of what this is about. But I always thought that most liked and respected most others. Lately, that has not been the case.

does anyone know what duty a cop has to administer first aid?

After they got Floyd on the ground, they called dispatch for a non-emergency ambulance - cuz he was bleeding at the mouth?

they then called again and upgraded it to an emergency medical situation.

but, though they checked for a pulse and didn’t find one, there was no attempt to administer first aid, and continued application of the knee, until paramedics showed up and asked the cop to relent
