Agreed. Soon it will be "Cricket protein is better for you than beef. Just eat it." Then it will be "Public transportation is better for everyone than individual car ownership. Stop complaining." Finally, it will be "You're complaining too much. We have a little camp we'd like you to attend. It will be good for you."

If Giggles and Tampon Tim win, we will be nothing more than a Chinese colony within two years. Truly frightening.
You're either too lazy or too stupid to look up the bill, Gutter even posted a link for you. I don't know what you're weird fascination is with what in people's pants, but here's the bill.

Section 1. [121A.212] ACCESS TO MENSTRUAL PRODUCTS.
A school district or charter school must provide students with access to menstrual products at no charge. The products must be available to all menstruating students in restrooms regularly used by students in grades 4 to 12 according to a plan developed by the school district. For purposes of this section, "menstrual products" means pads, tampons, or other similar products used in connection with the menstrual cycle.
EFFECTIVE DATE. This section is effective January 1, 2024.
I read and comprehended. I also recall from my biology classes that "menstruating students" are those with a uterus and vagina, not students with penises, who would be expected to inhabit the Men's bathroom. I have no problem with the schools providing those supplies to those who use the Ladies' room.
JFK!
Clearly you DON'T comprehend it.
You keep proving you don't.
Blows my mind you're a college professor and that you actually think/believe you have a higher IQ than Kamala Harris.

I don't know if there are public stats on kamala's IQ, but she sure doesn't seem quick witted. Her interviews have been minimal, and scripted. They've tried hard to hide her from the press so far. Most her voters don't have a clue what she really stands for

There’s a good argument to be made that the bigger issue is that all of our votes do NOT count the same.

Instinctively, I struggle with the idea of a national popular vote. I do think there is something not just undesirable, but dangerous, about effectively consolidating electoral power in cities. But of course I also know that that’s where the voters are.

I wonder what we’d do if we started over now, knowing what our country would look like.

Maybe there would be a path toward a hybrid system, where the electoral college decides then election unless a candidate gets [__%] of the popular vote.

Or better yet, along with ranked-choice voting, if any particular candidate finishes in first place in the popular vote by at least [__%].

What in the world do you care? Grow up.

The reason the weird label has stuck is because it’s so appropriate.

It’s weird that people care so much about what does or doesn’t happen between other people’s legs, or in other people’s bedrooms or hearts or places of worship.

The weird label stuck because there is no independent thinking coming from the left. What is weird is thinking men need tampons lol. That's why I have asked the question, we all know damn well there isn't a reasonable answer to "what is a man supposed to do with a tampon?"

So why put them in children's bathrooms, at taxpayer expense. That is what's weird

The only thing linking your first sentence to the rest of your post is the jaded, jaundiced disconnection from reality.

One of your errors, among others, is in thinking that anyone owes you an explanation of why a man might be in possession of period products.

Hey,aren’t you the guy that sold a boat to the guy that played Ponch’s sidekick on CHiPs and who went fishing with Vanilla Ice?

Tell us some more about how much money you make and how many bones you’ve broken doing manly stuff. Those seem to be more your bailiwick than psychoanalysis.

A. I was not (and am not) having a "rage fit".
B. Where in the post above did I call you a "name"?
C. I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO ENLIGHTEN YOU! I provided the gosh darn link/s for you to read. If you bothered to read the law you would fully realize that NO WHERE in the law does it state a school must put tampons in the boys/mens washrooms.
