Aren’t they natural non-carriers for rabies too?
Or something.
But shoot, looking forward to it. Nothing brings out the flavor of marsupial meat like a good all season radial.

Then you need to bring the tire. All I have are bias ply mud terrains.

bro that tire smoke IS the flavoring.
If you don’t want it smoked, we might as well cook possum in a crock pot.

We'll cut some sage or scrub oak and throw in the center of the tireOverlander wrote: ↑Thu Jun 10, 2021 11:46 amAny flavoring to offset the burnt tire smell?

"We'll", are you coming to Solstice? I mean, I am driving from Texas to Central Colorado. I am sure I will be able to round up dozens of Possum carcasses if we need 'em.TDub wrote: ↑Thu Jun 10, 2021 11:48 amWe'll cut some sage or scrub oak and throw in the center of the tire

Empire motor oil roux
Simmer and stir 10w40 and desert sand until it turns brown, which is right away cuz it’s motor oil and fucking sand.
Then add the empire holy trinity: Sage, scrub oak, and shrooms.
Then, whatever you do, don’t fucking taste it! Pour it over the tire fire, get another whiskey from Plano, and go find that food truck Japhy was talking about.

Three food trucks; Tienda Y Cocina Jireh that is from Alamosa and serves really good tacos, Gosar Ranch from Del Norte who serves sausages, and the third slips my mind right now. The locals were very excited to find out Tienda Y Cocina Jireh was coming so I am expecting good stuff from them. Locavores serves Gosar green chile sausage in a sandwich they make, and it is great.
And if they run out of food the grocery store is just 2 doors up the street and they have a freezer full of Hungry Man frozen dinners.
