No, but no Kansas fan has ever showed me highlights of KU at a KU bar either.

Do I converse with them and let them know where my fandom lies? Absolutely. And usually we’ve been buying each other drinks after 15 minutes.

But that’s just my experience.

Are you tapping people on the shoulder saying, 'hey, watch this Titans highlight'.
Probably not.
And I am at your bar. You need to kick me , kick me out. That’s on you. You need a homogenous place to post.

I, for one, in this case, say #nohomo.

I, for one, am OK with an outsiders prospective. I understand I'm not the one who decides that. But I'm always good for some back and forth.

That doesn't give me much faith he goes and if he does it will be in limited snaps. Like the Chiefs have done all season it is time for someone else to step up.

I'm guessing the answer is no, but I do wonder if he'd be available in limited snaps (passing downs only).

At the rate that it sounds like it is going that would be best case scenario.

Yes, 3rd and longs bringing in an all pro like Chris Jones would make a difference.

Reid says he has progressed well. Friday practice is going to be the big indicator. He'll be questionable going into the game. As stated above, he might be a situational pass rusher, but that would be a great thing to have.

Chiefs special teams could come into play.
Hardman is one of the best returners in the game right now.
Butker has kicked very well.

Titans have a new kicker.
They don't have a returner ( kick or punt ) in the top half of the league.

We had a fluke of special teams blunders via the Titans last time around.
Play like the unit we have been for the season and could be the difference.

Titans kicker hasn't even attempted a FG this year. Has only kicked extra points.

But man, that Chiefs/Titans game earlier in the year was so fluky. So much weird shit that happened that hasn't happened all year.

That's the scary part though.
Chiefs are very well known for fluky disaster plays in the playoffs.
Mahomes is the guy that has to burn that history to the ground.

CWB’s x100.
I was there Sunday. I didn't boo, but I yelled pretty damned angrily. And I think it was entirely justified - to come out of the gate and drop balls, blow coverages, muff a punt, and basically do everything in your power to lose the game in the first ten minutes...yeah, that's pretty fucking rough and deserved to generate a fan reaction.

Pick your heads out of your asses, boys.
I wasn't there, but also was doing the same. Yelling constantly "What the FUCK ARE YOU DOING!?" and "Catch the FUCKING BALL!"

But yeah, if I was there I wouldn't boo, but I like you, think it was justified. It almost seemed to kind of wake up the team. They knew already that they fucked up, but having the fans let them hear it probably didn't hurt at that time.
Maybe the booing worked. Maybe people policing how fans voice their frustration and opinions should stfu.

I still dont understand why we had Hill trying to field a punt or just the 2nd
time all season when we had a Pro Bowl punt returner in Hardman available. I hope Reid had a little conversation with the special teams coach about that.

In week 10...

Chiefs kicked FG on 4th and 2 from the 12. 4th and 3 from the 23. 4th and 2 from the 25.

Also, had one blocked, and one bad snap/dropped snap, fumble returned for a TD and a high amount of penalties.

They also got the ball up 32-27 at the Ten 32 with 1:48 to play. And they still lost.

Every freaking thing went wrong, and they still should have won.

I'm anxious because its the AFC Championship Game, but I think the Chiefs win as long as things stay non-chaotic. If they have turnovers, missed FGs, etc, I think that's the only way they lose. If they don't have any issues with turnovers, kicking game or the like, they should win in fairly convincing fashion.

This....well that is at least calming my nerves down.
If we use the last time they played as an example the Chiefs had over 500 yards of offense and almost double time of possession so it wasn't like the Titans were going on long drives or the Chiefs couldn't hold up against the Titans defense.
The three self inflicted mistakes are the sole reason why the Chiefs lost. If they eliminate mistakes and play the way they are capable of the Titans stand no chance.
Now if the Chiefs give up a blown coverage, have a punt blocked and muff a punt we are going to to be discussing how the Chiefs squandered away the greatest opportunity in franchise history.

I think so too.

I don’t know what Humphry’s status is. He makes a big difference providing a slot threat. Opens things up for Brown and Davis to a degree, depending.

But, if Titans need to throw, it does not mean good things are happening as far as I’m concerned.

Time of possession was much closer last week against Ravens, but they had 530 yards of offense.

As opposition, get all the yards you want. If Titan D strategizes the way it has been, Mahomes will get his yardage. It’ll be about tightening when needed. Easier said than done. Because, yeah, Mahomes.

Somewhat minority take here, but I'm kind of in the camp of let Henry get his. Yes he'll run for 150 yards, but where the Titans have gotten teams are in the play action passing game and points off turnovers.

The Pats gave up 14 points having a bunch of DBs out there. Henry had a ton of yards, but they prevented the big passing plays and they held them to 14 offensive points. That'll do it. Hell, even if the Chiefs hold them to 24 points, that's good enough for them to win.
