My wife's company has them on Fridays, and 27 people on them. She doesn't really like her co-workers, at least socially, and just sits there for an hour drinking a beer.zsn wrote: ↑Thu Apr 02, 2020 12:24 pm We have had a virtual (video by Zoom) happy hours during the last couple of weeks. I think it will become a regular event. That's the good part. The bad part is that I have about four or five groups, each of them wanting to have a weekly virtual happy hour. I have to substitute seltzer for G&T for some of them
My company tried to get us to do that, and I shut it down real quick.
My wife has been meeting for weekly "quarantinis" as they call them on Fridays with a few friends via Zoom meetings. They have a blast and will keep doing it as possible after this is over from the sounds of it.
