I like him a lot...
um... no one is surprised by this.

*just giving you some grief Illy. :)
😘

I don't feel like I always liked him, because when he was young Kobe and KG and some other non jayhawk favorites of mine were still around, but over time he has grown on me. He is a generational talent. I am in the lucky generation that got to experience MJ and LeBron both.

I didn't notice the elbow in real time. I thought he tried rolling into his knees (which imo, is even worse than a dick punch).

If the Lakers get Kyrie for Russ and AD stays healthy (somehow) they will be a contender in the West.

Probably a safe assumption the GOAT stays healthy but if he doesn't - then it really doesn't matter if the Lakers get Kyrie and AD stays healthy. Well, actually..... They still MIGHT be a "contender".
If all 3 of them stay healthy, they have as good of a shot as anyone to win the West.
People are trying to push the LaVine to the Lakers narish. Gee, do you think the Lakers would rather get Kyrie or LaVine for Westbrook?
I'm being 100% serious when I say I have a strange feeling the current 9th "place" Warriors are going to play the current 12th/13th "place" Lakers in the Western Finals.

are we talking about the same Kyrie that Lebron didn't get along with in Cleveland?

It was more Kyrie that couldn't get along with LeBron, but it's public knowledge they've repaired their relationship since.

Kyrie was young then. He's not very likeable, even now. But those 3 together and healthy is a problem.

I don't think they were buddies by any means but they got along as well as two teammates needed to get along - to win a championship.

LOL @ "GM LeBron".

With the Lakers it has been very apparent that he has input but not final say or the only say.

I love when the LeBron haters think calling him a GM is a diss. How many GMs have gone to that many finals? Or taken 3 different franchises to the finals?

He's a HOF GM if you're calling him a GM.

Dinwiddle, a piece of the Nets when they were slow building, sent back in the trade.

I am a huge Ja fan. If what is being alleged is true, if nothing else, he needs a good talking to by several entities.

Watching kyrie and Luka try to coexist should be interesting. Both are talented. Luka is one of the games brightest young stars, he's had maybe the highest usage rate ever for a player in his first 5 years, that dallas offense really revolves around him. Now add kyrie to the mix lol

The nets have a plan. The goal was to get rid of kyrie, and try to get some picks and usable players back in the deal. they did it. They got finney Smith and Dinwiddie, both serviceable rotation players on a good team. And they got a 1st round pick and 2 seconds.

Now they plan to use those picks and the extra 1st rounder they have from Philadelphia to try to build trades for some other good players that fit with Durant.
