Elmarko Jackson is ranked higher than Gradey was in 247 composite.
Gradey had 14 PPG this season.
He's ( Elmarko ) supposed to be a good defender as well.
I wouldn't be surprised if he started.
Yesufu shot 36% from the field and 28% from 3.
Marcus Adams Jr. also didn't get paid all that money to reclassify and sit on the bench.

I'm just basing that off of who is returning, what their role was last year, and what is to be expected. I'm not putting any freshman ahead of someone with several years of D1 experience already on day one. right now its yesefu or pettiford starting next to dajuan

marcus adams got "paid all that money" ? he looked like a good but relatively average recruit. he reminds me of jalen wilson as a recruit. jalen wilson didnt do shit as a freshman, he needed time to develop. he worked his ass of and turned into an all american, but that took a couple years

freshman guards usually come on slow here at kansas. its a big adjustment learning how to play in bill's system

we’ve seen all we need to from both Yes and Bobby at this point…neither of them are worthy of starting, or starter’s minutes
like i said, if that’s what ends up happening, we’re in bad shape

I don't know anything about Elmarko Jackson, but...the most recent guys like that we've had are Dotson (who was very good as a freshman) and Bryce (who was Bryce).

I had high hopes for him, at least at some point.
I thought he was gonna come in and be some rich man's Mitch - fundamentally sound, but a little bigger, plus a jumper, and ink.
but that's asking a lot, particularly from a D2 transfer.
and man, 2 moves in 2 days, promptly after loosing in the tourney.
Gonna be a busy week.
