railroad inspections are supposed to be 3 minutes per car (seems like....not enough).

Recently this company (?) cut that to 90 seconds per car maximum.

I'm not even sure you can briskly walk all the way around a full size railroad car in 90 seconds....no way can you inspect it in that time.
