First fresh snow of the season on the peaks this mornin

Lower temps have been wonderful. Particularly with my disastrous week. But still no rain....and still hazy with smoke.

IF this is how summers are going to be in KS moving forward I don't know how much longer I can take this. It is DISGUSTINGLY hot and humid today and will be all this week.

It’s probably too late to stop this faster pace of global warming anyway. But I have to give props to the fact that wind/solar power are in greater use. I believe that John Kerry will die a disappointed man knowing he didn’t rally human beings enough to fight climate change.
