I should start a new thread titled: "Republicans Are Fucking Assholes", because far, far too often, "Republicans Have No Shame", isn't sufficient.

Pro tip: By law, states cannot declare bankruptcy:
Currently, states cannot file for bankruptcy, while cities and other local governments can use Chapter 9 municipal bankruptcy to restructure their debt if allowed by their states. Puerto Rico, a U.S. commonwealth, commenced a form of municipal bankruptcy in 2017 after the U.S. Congress authorized it.

THIS. My parents are traditional conservatives with more modern, democratic opinions on social issues and they have had enough of this bozo and his side show.

Being that I was commenting on GORKA'S tweet, I was referring to Sebastian "Alpha Male/s" Gorka's POSSIBLE thought process, not Grenell's.
