I do not believe a single second of that nonsensical story. Anyone who had such damning evidence is never going to mail the only physical copy through freaking UPS or whoever without copies being made. Total bullshit.

You don't have to be an evil genius to know that you never put the original copy in the mail. I have never had an admin do that in 40 years.
