8 hours ago weather.com stated there is a 100% "chance" of rain in the 60611 zip code this evening at 7:00pm.
Looking like they are/were/will be 100% wrong.
I am reminded that on Friday at 2:00pm they said there was a 15% chance of rain at 7:00pm - and it fricking poured and poured and poured.
My question is, how and why do these people have their job/s?

Are you under the impression that a human is coming up with that percentage? Or are you saying the software should be fired?

The main reason I called them assholes is because there have been numerous times dumb people cost smart people their life/lives.
Meaning in this case, if that woman got carried away by the wave - a good samaritan might jump in the water to try and save her - and die because of it. It happens. Too often.

First snow in the valley this season! Couple inches on the truck. Still some golden leaves on aspens and the bright on white is real cool

I was up for a beautiful sunrise this this morning, so clear. Lots of high, wispy clouds in orange and purple. I start work and look out the window 10 minutes later and then it was super phoggy.
