Those guys are the MAGA base. A diverse, well spoken group.
It is true that the Fulton Co. Sheriffs office is the copyright owner of the photo and could fight to get the estimated $7 million in proceeds from sales that included it. I doubt they will but they legally could from the sounds of it. Who knows, the Fulton County sheriffs office is hurting for funds that could be used to upgrade their jail facilities, maybe Trump Humpers accidentally end up paying for that. Would be hilarious if it happened.
This was a random case where a few random Florida citizens filed a BS challenge of Trump being on the ballot in Florida based on the 14th Amendment. Yeah, that's not a "big win", it's the swatting of a gnat. It had nothing to do with opposition being afraid of him. It was just a random BS cases that rightly was quickly thrown out.randylahey wrote: ↑Sat Sep 02, 2023 11:14 am Another victory for trump in his political persecution/bullshit politically motivated cases against her by a corrupt opposition afraid of running against him

And that the intelligence communities have known and hid this fact for years
A legal question that does not have a clear answer: is a conviction for the crime of seditious conspiracy sufficient to establish that an insurrection occurred or was intended? Asking for my friend, Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.

Trump is liable for defamation in second E. Jean Carroll case, judge rules
U.S. District Court Judge Lewis Kaplan found Carroll had already proven Trump defamed her and ruled her impending civil trial will be solely for damages.
Writer E. Jean Carroll has already proven that Donald Trump defamed her and an upcoming trial on her civil claims against the former president will focus solely on what money damages he owes her, a federal judge in New York ruled Wednesday.
In a 25-page ruling, U.S. District Court Judge Lewis Kaplan found the substance of Carroll's pending defamation claims were the same as the Trump insults that a jury had determined were defamatory earlier this year...
