Can't beleive some of you were conned into looking at faucci like a hero. The guy deserves to spend his life in jail
Can't believe you don't take the time to check out the twitter posts you claim as proof before you do start your victory laps.
Is twitter considered a peer reviewed scientific journal in your universe or a credible news source?
Maybe both?
https://www.newsweek.com/fauci-emails-k ... is-1596727
Twitter is just a platform. Both lab leak and natural evolution theories involve bats, that proves nothing.
If faucci wants to gave me 18 million id publicly state something different too

How are you ignoring the fact this guy had an opinion and faucci paid him off
And the opinion this guy had in the very beginning is what most people now beleive to be true (or have all along)

There was once a time when the mainstream narrative told the general public that cigarettes were not bad for you. (The right people in the legal/Healthcare industry were paid off)
When was that?

The only "fact" I see is that Scripps got an additional $1M per year in grants after a date from NIH. In the budget of a place like Scripps, that seems like a pretty insignificant number.
Declaring that "proof" that Fauci "paid off" another researcher seems like a stretch. And Andersen specifically says why he changed his draft report after seeing further data. Did you read the article and interview from 2021? But now this is a bombshell? I suppose if you never looks things up that you post, it seems like a new revelation.
And lab leak is a majority opinion? Can you give us some documentation of that, outside of twitter memes of course.
"Have all along", it's curious that you state some have believed this "all along". Was this opinion formed before all of the research was done? There seems to be quite a bit still on going.
Did you know was soon as covid showed up, it was from the lab? How did you know this? How could anyone who wasn't directly involved in the research at the lab or working in the lab know this? And why do these "knowledgeable ones" all seem to spend their time posting their truth bombs on twitter and reddit?

15 times Trump praised China as coronavirus was spreading across the globe
4/15/2020
President Donald Trump yanked U.S. funding for the World Health Organization on Tuesday, complaining that the United Nations public health agency was overly deferential to China and had put too much faith in Beijing’s assertions that it had the coronavirus outbreak there was under control.
The president has lambasted the WHO for accepting Beijing’s assurances about the outbreak, but he repeated them, as well.
Jan. 22, Twitter:
“One of the many great things about our just signed giant Trade Deal with China is that it will bring both the USA & China closer together in so many other ways. Terrific working with President Xi, a man who truly loves his country. Much more to come!”
Jan. 24, Twitter:
“China has been working very hard to contain the Coronavirus. The United States greatly appreciates their efforts and transparency. It will all work out well. In particular, on behalf of the American People, I want to thank President Xi!”
Jan. 29, Remarks at signing ceremony for the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement:
“And, honestly, I think, as tough as this negotiation was, I think our relationship with China now might be the best it’s been in a long, long time. And now it’s reciprocal. Before, we were being ripped off badly. Now we have a reciprocal relationship, maybe even better than reciprocal for us.”
Jan. 30, Fox News interview:
“China is not in great shape right now, unfortunately. But they’re working very hard. We’ll see what happens. But we’re working very closely with China and other countries.”
Feb. 7, Remarks at North Carolina Opportunity Now Summit in Charlotte, N.C.:
“I just spoke to President Xi last night, and, you know, we’re working on the — the problem, the virus. It’s a — it’s a very tough situation. But I think he’s going to handle it. I think he’s handled it really well. We’re helping wherever we can.”
Feb. 7, Twitter:
“Just had a long and very good conversation by phone with President Xi of China. He is strong, sharp and powerfully focused on leading the counterattack on the Coronavirus. He feels they are doing very well, even building hospitals in a matter of only days … Great discipline is taking place in China, as President Xi strongly leads what will be a very successful operation. We are working closely with China to help!

Let me respond in my best Rubeish:
That's just savvy dealmaking from djt. Chess when you suckers were expecting checkers. 45 knows you have to flatter bad guys to their face (so that you can WIN behind their back).
Unlike sleepy joe, who has been in Democrat socialist big government his whole life. All he knows how to do is hide his family's crimes by appeasing communist China. It's only a matter of time before he gives them Alaska or something in exchange for keeping the money coming.

The fbi is publicly endorsing the lab link theory now... would love to see the left's translation of what that means?

It means that what intelligent people and organizations do is use the best available evidence to assess complicated situations, and then be willing to update those assessments as the evidence develops further.
Jesus Christ it’s not that hard.

Let me put this a different way: someone who criticizes someone in an administrative function for changing their mind based on developments in the evidence…is the sort of person who would use the power of administrative functions for their own political ends, if given the chance.

The same FBI that the Pubs have been rippling to shreds is now a credible federal department in the eyes of Pubs because they are "endorsing" the "lab link theory"?
My translation of that is.... Typical hypocritical Republican stupidity.

It probably means they have gathered additional information over the last 2 years and have revised their theory based on that additional evidence. They still aren't very sure, as noted by their low level of confidence, but at least there is some transparency in them releasing the change in their belief of what may have happened. That's how it is supposed to function.
Screaming "China did it on purpose and is trying to take over the world!" doesn't mean you're right if it turns out that this was a result of an accident or poor procedures at a lab where government agencies work on these types of things so that the public health community can be better prepared for the future. Because I am 100% sure that if the activities that go on in labs like these stopped happening that it would be a net harm to the overall ability of our planet's inhabitants to survive upcoming illnesses, diseases and viruses at a better rate.
If at some point in the future they find new information that proves that the government of China DID in fact do this all on purpose, then I will have no problem saying that you were right.

This is exactly what I expected them to do, just as all the GOP grandstanding over the Ohio train derailment is exactly what I expected. They are nothing if not consistent in their hypocrisy.

So what some of you are saying is suddenly you do agree it came from a lab? Despite arguing against it this morning when I posted that faucci tried to pay people off for saying that
