Chicago? Should be, could be, don't think so though.
Knicks? Not based off of last season no matter if they get Westbrook and/or Hayward or not.
Pistons? Maybe. Underachievers but have made a LOT of changes so I really can't even guess.
Hawks? They were horse shit last season despite having Trae and some talent.
Cavs? No.

My thoughts too. Probably have a vet coming on a minimum deal.

Frank is a winner and tough as nails. Want to see him get a real chance.

There's still a lot of time left and granted, this is a bad time in the world for this, but he may be soon staring at the decision of either making $50m overseas for a decade or being the NBA's version of a AAAA player.

If he was bigger, he'd be a starting PG, no question.
