DC, Hawklin, Illy (for a time), lobster (perhaps) others I'm sure I'm missing.
Quite a coincidence that your list of victims contains a couple of names who I can say with 100% confidence played a part in the departure of several people from .com, .net, et al.

The Vanity Fair article you linked yesterday was an eyeopening summary.

We can only imagine, and the American people deserve to know, the reason(s) why a person that evil was treated so deferentially by our criminal justice system.

Okay, here's another article.

https://observer.com/2019/07/jeffrey-ep ... ence-work/

Ghislaine Maxwell was Epstein's "recruiter" or "procurer" and the daughter of a media mogul in Britain, Robert Maxwell, who was also a Russian spy.

Kind of a must-read article.

Another one about Robert Maxwell.

However, his file, titled "Captain Ian Maxwell", at the National Archives in Kew, London, has been found to contain reports submitted to the Information Research Department (IRD), a covert unit of the Foreign Office, describing him as "a thoroughly bad character and almost certainly financed by Russia".

This explains Maxwell's role as a swindler--on quite a grand scale.

I've been in touch with DC (a while ago, anyway), and he certainly didn't leave here because of "bullying." If ever there was a guy who could dish it out with the best of them, it was DC. So that's just silly.

Before I even ventured into the kusports.com politics board all those years ago I had to build up some nerve. It gets rough in political boards on all sides, especially when you knew you were going to run into iowaboy, rman, pom and the notorious Mr. 7.

Wait, so why did DC leave then?

While I don’t doubt he could and did dish it with the best of them, he also just kinda picked up his ball and left when geezer zinged him one day...

Yeah, I recall that. DC was just burned out of being the token reasonable conservative or whatever, lulz

It just seemed like a particular exchange with geez was the straw that broke the camel’s back.

Did he PM everyone back in January? That was weird.

It might have had something to do with it, but I doubt it.

Nah, he started working for me and I took away his cellphone and computer privileges.

Wasn't one of DC's last posts something about stating Geezer should go back in the hospital or something along those lines?
If so, I wish no ill health on anyone who posts on this site. That being said, I sure hope karma didn't play a role in his demise - on here.

DC's a force to be dealt with. As such, when he showed up at .com, he made everyone up their game or look silly. Frankly, I don't know how he hung on as long as he did, being the only credible conservative voice here, with only Psych, Imz/dolomite, and other occasional clowns on his side. I can't imagine having to dealing with all us libs, trying to argue republican/conservative policies after the economy tanked at the end of the Bush Admin., and especially have your party taken over by Trump and McConnell et al. Like all of us, he can get petty, but who cares? It's just a message board. He needs to come back.
