Super Bowl QB rematch tonight, on different teams.

Can anyone come up with a previous instance of that happening?

I eyeballed the last 20 years or so, and nothing stood out.

With only one postseason bye in play that could be a huge difference if the Bills got a free W.
I think you have to give them a W.

forfeits = 1 W and 1 L. Cancellations = no results.

Of course the problem with forfeits is they also bump the offending team up the draft order.

Bills Titans may play on Monday/Tuesday. If they do, Chiefs/Bills would be moved to Saturday night.

Chiefs getting an extra Monday night and then a Saturday night game?
Would take.
Plus Chiefs Bills could be a big one - and able to draw viewers away from shitty college football.

You can’t make Tennessee forfeit a game. You can fine the shit out of them (individual players as well), suspend people and take draft picks away.

Yup.
Make them play without a full roster - then it's up to them to figure it out from there.

Brady didn't know it was 4th down when he threw his last incompletion of the game.
How do you lose track of downs in that situation?

Khalil Mack is one of the best defensive players in football - so disruptive.
So very Raiders to not keep him.

True he is one of the best, but the Raiders got some really good players out of the deal.

With the picks they acquired, they got RB Josh Jacobs, CB Damon Arnette and WR Bryan Edwards.

A really good RB who is physical as hell and a rock for their offense, a rookie starting CB who has been pretty good good in his first year (Although on IR now) and a rookie WR who hasn't been quite healthy yet, but is a big body and could do good things.

They didn't screw the pooch on the picks. And Mack didn't want to be there. So what do you do?

Jacobs was a good get at his spot.
Remains to be seen about those two other guys.
Mack is a game changer - I don't think Jacobs is.

You never get a game changer when trading a game changer. Just doesn't happen. You just have to collect good players in the aggregate.

I mean, yeah you're right. I was talking more about straight up. Smith was a 17th overall pick. Jacobs was 19th. Not much difference. Just the game is different and Jacobs strengths aren't as noticeable because the game is so much more finesse.
