Read today that the other guy is one of Swift's regular backup dancers, who also happens to be the brother of Kelce's former teammate, Khalen Saunders. Saunders played for KC from 2019-22 before going to the Saints last season.

I had no idea. I just went to check.
It doesn’t work on my WiFi, but when I turn off WiFi, all is well.
Of four I checked, 2 worked on WiFi and two didn’t. I really had no idea this was a thing. I must live in a cave on some things.
