Anyone not watching should check out the 76’ers at Chicago. A lot of offense. Embiid 14 in the 1st qtr. Could be a 50 point game for him.

LeBron is a beast. Lonzo riding the bench.
Lakers using LeBron at the 5 tonight quite a bit.

Lakers need to trade Lonzo Ball for an elite shooter. Quick.

Yes, because LeBron runs things with the ball in his hands. It starts from there. Who do you see they could get, given Lonzo is in a rookie deal this season +2 more.
If things go south in Nola, AD might be available, not as an elite shooter but he eats a good chunk of salary cap. Limits who they might trade for. Jamal Murray might be interesting. Rookie deal too.

Josh Hart continues to shoot 60% on his 3s the Lakers don't need to trade for anyone - and Svi stays on the bench more than if Hart doesn't shoot 60%.

They also have KCP.
I'd keep lonzo and their young guys even if they don't all play this year.

Where is OJ Mayo these days? His ban is over I think. Beasley and Mayo together, what could possibly go wrong? N

Beasley, lance, rondo, javale mcgee, and the ball family has the Lakers at maximum crazy already.

Rondo can be a pain but he absolutely is brilliant on the floor when he wants to be. Playoff Rondo is the best.

I agree. I've been a rondo fan since he and the Celtics had their run. He and LeBron are going to be fun to watch the next few years.
The Lakers roster will take some time to really come into shape, but with LeBron playing the 4 they really are 1 big man away from being close to elite...I hope they don't blow assets trying to get AD this year when they can get him this summer and keep their players and picks.
If they can get him, or even Cousins (staying with the crazy theme) this summer and Ingram keeps improving and they get just a little shooting from KCP/Hart they've got a good squad with a unique blend of talent. Kuzma was playing as the other "big" alongside LeBron last night, which was interesting. Obviously they can't do that every night, because a guy like embiid or AD would feast on someone as small as Kuzma.

AD switched to Rich Paul and Klutch Sports which represents LeBron. AD bought a home in LA. That may be in the works in the near future.

I'm sure AD is ready to win. He got a taste last year, and his health is finally consistently cooperating...if he and LeBron link up that would be a talented duo. Not to even mention how well rondo and AD worked together in NO together. I think it's nearly a lock if AD leaves NO that it'll be to join the Lakers.

^^^^^^ Frank gets my Jayhawk of the day award.
Again I ask, does anyone know what's going on with Devonte? Not even in the box scores as a DNP and I can't find anything anywhere.
Unrelated to KU NBA news.....
I know it's only 2 games and 2 games does not make a player but so far Mo Bamba has been a bust.

Graham is not 1 of their 13 active team members. My guess is between kemba, parker, and monk, they've got all the PG minutes covered and don't need a 4th active PG...he's still getting paid, but may not be in uniform on game nights until injuries hit.

Sweet dunk with some attempted nuts in the face.
Too bad Oubre's team is now 0-2 and couldn't win at home against a Kawhi less Raptors team.
Did you see the skirmish between the Lakers and Rockets? If Rondo truly did spit in Paul's face then I can't say I don't blame Paul but I can understand his being pissed off. What I enjoyed seeing was Stephenson was the one who initially tried to hold Ingram back. That and the LA fans reactions.
