Only thing I am expecting if the "fine people" have their way - is for "roving packs of vigilantes" to have their presence felt more than they have been - in various/numerous places in the USA.

As far as in Chicago, I don't expect to be alive a whole lot longer but I wouldn't be at all shocked if while I am still alive, I see a substantial "war" in Chicago, unless something drastic changes.
People choose to act out in ignorant ways and they know they are succeeding in their purpose. They are given the power and attention that they are seeking. Makes them feel they are important. Problem for them and the rest of the citizens of Chicago, at what point do the rest of the citizens of Chicago react and respond? That inevitably (?) happens, the problem won't go away. It will get worse. Much worse. To the point of where I will no longer be able to live where I live and work where I work - unless the National Guard becomes involved? If/when that were to happen. Does one side declare victory and all is well? Probably not. Maybe hell no?
