It looks like one of the best beaches I've ever been to, in Akumal, Mexico, (along with Playa del Carmen, Cozumel, Cancun, Tulum), is about to take it on the chin, again.

Now Beryl is heading For Merida*, Mexico, then on to Texas by Sunday night/Monday morning with gobs of just what they need, lots and lots of rain.

Bachelorette party in New Orleans in July? JUNK!
New Orleans in July is my definition of hell on earth.

Have we fallen into a mesmerized state that makes us accept as inevitable that which is inferior or detrimental, as though having lost the will or the vision to demand that which is good?

That's good! I am sincerely happy for her.
From what little research I have done... The average high temp in NOLA in July is 90+ degrees with 75%+ humidity. For me, that equates to hell on earth.
I could be drunk on Hurricanes, eating the best hamburger I have ever had in my life, while having sex with Emily Ratajkowski, and I would still be miserable in 90+ degree weather with 75% humidity.

I have had a lot of fun in NOLA. Each time I have gone I have had a lot of fun.

You shouldn't be surprised. I have multiple Lakers jerseys (all gifts)/warm ups (I have bought)/t-shirts (I have bought)/hats (I have bought).
Old me would have been in the middle of that brawl (getting my ass kicked). Yeah, present me would have been filming it saying stupid things that might get my ass kicked.

Room or no room, I'm just saying I could be banging a dream girl and still be miserable if it was 90+ degrees with 75% humidity when I was banging her.

Oh, well, he'd had too much to drink so, no harm, no foul...*

Airlines should start banning people for life after incidents like this, i.e., if you're banned by one airline you're banned by all, (not to mention cruise lines banning people like the ones on the cruise ship in the video Gutter narrated), and the FAA and other regulators should increase the severity of the charges possible. Start making examples out of the perps and exposing them in the media to hopefully put a stop or at least severely reduce the frequency of these incidents.

*Let those few normal people among us who've ever had too much to drink on a flight and not urinated in the aisle cast the first stone.
