This is one of those elections I have no idea who is going to win. It appears Bernie is going to be at least part of the dem ticket, but I could be wrong. I don't think Biden is going to be part of it.

Mayor Pete is done.

It's down to you and me, Bernie. Therefore...

...I shall fuck it up!

Biden's poll numbers went up while the impeachment stuff ramped up, and now his campaign is confusing correlation and causation.

All signs point to Bernie being the guy. But... he is white and wealthy -- not exactly what the extreme left wants.

If I mention that George Wallace was a racist, will tons of criticism rain down on me from Psycho/HD, TDub, and the other one?

Seven years after Martin Luther King, Jr. referred to George Wallace as "perhaps the most dangerous racist in America today," a young Bernie Sanders praised the segregationist Alabama governor.

Well...for starters, why does he get the benefit of the doubt when it comes to "changing"?

Also, lulz at the desperation of the Democratic establishment, it apparently just dawning on them that Bernie could win.

Bernie's campaign has been pumping out all kinds of Oppo Research on other candidates going back many years, so it doesn't seem unfair for him to be held to his own standard.

Bernie's supporters use his token demonstration arrest when he was 23 whenever the fact that he didn't hire black staffers until he ran for the presidency, that he ignored black leaders in Vermont, to try and make him some big Civil Rights supporter. This was some years after that.

Bernie disdains "identity politics" all the time, catering to the economic resentments of the white working class that seem to downplay the critical civil rights that some still have to fight to gain.

As for history, MLK called George Wallace "the most dangerous racist in America." After he'd been shot and paralyzed, Wallace asked for forgiveness for his racism, but that was in 1979, this was back in 1972.
