Another name for a cruise ship is a floating Petri dish.

It has to be good, because it's natural.

Doesn't even make sense. Tamiflu is not a vaccine, it's a medicine. It works by targeting and inhibiting the neuraminidase enzyme on the surface of the virus. This prevents the virus from moving (it stays attached to the cell surface, and makes it easier to clear.

Vaccines work by giving your body proteins that are on the virus in advance so your body can make antibodies specific to those proteins, so that if you do encounter the virus your immune response will be quicker and more specific.

I had a anti-vaxxer lobbyist call me yesterday.
I'm pretty sure she didn't like my answers and lied and said the connection was breaking up so she didn't have to record my data.

Most of those people dont even know why they dont like vaccines much less what a vaccine actually is and how it helps your immune system, nor the difference between taniflu and a vaccine.

I'm fine with someone not vaccinating their child -- that is their choice.
I think the state should decide on whether it's mandatory or not for daycare/public schools and I believe most states would all agree, yea, let's make it mandatory.

In this case, in Maine, it's mandatory if you want your child enrolled in camps, daycare, schools.
If you don't want your child vaccinated, you just have to live a different life, and self educate etc.

"Self educate" i dont think people who are against tamiflu are capable of educating anyone.

I see what you are saying but that's a pretty general statement.
My father is 'against' tamiflu and is one of the smartest people I know.

The longer this goes on the more it will impact the supply chain. Amazing how almost every product has at least some part of it produced in China. Globalization has its drawbacks.

In a world of 7 billion people this is still pretty insignificant.

So, china shutting down manufacturing plants won't have a global impact?

My daughter was exposed to Flu A, Strep throat, and something called RSV earlier this week. I took her to urgent care this morning. I'm waiting for the symptoms to kick in.
