I don’t see how you can take ND over A&M after that beat down by Clemson. SEC over ACC every time.

How bad is Alabama going to boat race ND? I’m guessing 28+

Yeah it’s going to be a 30 point win.

Damn, you guys beat me to it...I think it'll be Bama -21 on the line at the least. I think they cover very comfortably.

With all the talk of Cal and his buyout which could be 60 million, I was looking around and found this.
Kansas is 4th with close to 24 million, crazy.

Man that chronological thing was really ugly for KU for a while. With the Mangino, Gill and Weis payouts all in short span, they were out in front with a wide gap for a long time.

OSU and Texas won their bowl games.
Does OU do the same tonight?

In a year where there were many excellent teams in a single conference, the current playoff is pretty awful.

Big 12 3-0 in bowl games. And 2 of the 3 were blowouts.
Good for them. If OU beats a shitty kstate team at home earlier in the year, they’re in the playoff again.
That’s a damn good team. I sincerely wonder if the Jags come to Lincoln Riley, can he say no? I’m not sure.

Tired of hearing about all the opt-outs for Florida. Yes, they might have scored more points but their wide receivers opting out weren't going to help their defense.

Their defense can't give up points when their offense is on the field. Right?
So if their offense is on the field longer - it would help their defense.
That and the fact that Florida was without about 50-60 scholarship players and missing their leading tackler on DEFENSE.
I assume they would have lost the game regardless if their top WRs, top tackler on defense, and 50 others who may have played had played - and as I say too often, excuses are for losers - but....... Having those guys not playing probably mattered. Maybe a lot, maybe a little, but I'm confident it still mattered.

FWIW, the Big 12 teams were favored in all 3 of those games. The Big 12 teams will be favored in all their bowl games.
My guess is a favored WVU beats Army, a favored TCU beats Arkansas, but a favored ISU loses to Oregon.
It's duly noted that my bowl guesses have been terrible so far.

If they cared, they would have played. Hard to feel sorry for them.

I don't feel sorry for Florida at all. Fuck 'em.
I'm someone who feels it's shitty when players "opt out" in regards to how it affects their teammates, coaches, and school.

Mrs 99 watched a little of this game with me. She knows nothing about football but said that if an athlete does not play in a bowl game, they should have to pay back the scholarship money.
