And then there is always a good chance of a wayward spaghetti noodle falling off and slinging sauce or requiring an awkward rescue. There are plenty of other noodles available that can do the same job.

I like a good toasted ravioli.
I'm sure that's not true Italian but pair it with some red sauce on the side so you can control the dip amount - perfecto.
