Spaghetti is a terrible noodle. Just so uncooperative with getting the right bite size on the fork. And then there is always a good chance of a wayward spaghetti noodle falling off and slinging sauce or requiring an awkward rescue. There are plenty of other noodles available that can do the same job.

I like linguine.

I'm cool with most pasta, except those damned lasagna noodles, those are the worst noodle.

Also ricotta sucks. deal with it. And americans with american accents who pronounce ricotta with an italian accent suck too.

Solid top 5 but I think you could do better than ravioli. Especially if it's stuffed with a non-meat.

Yea - i'm imagining like a lamb ravioli there.

I like a good toasted ravioli.
I'm sure that's not true Italian but pair it with some red sauce on the side so you can control the dip amount - perfecto.
