I guess it is because his arms weren't "perfectly" verticle? He definitely touches Luka's head, but barely...and as much to do with Luka's movement as it was Rudy's.

Maybe a make up call a bit there on the rebound?

No wonder Rudy gets so many blocks. They are awful at perimeter defense. He gets a chance at a block every time the other team doesn't settle for a jumper.

The last three minutes feel like a game at Texas or West Virginia or something.
