2-10 shooting.
Mostly useless stat but i'll throw it in there because it's so pronounced : worst +/- of any player in the game.
-24.
Shot better than Braun from behind the arc.
His "so pronounced" worst +/- -24 was indeed more "so pronounced" than Strawther's -23.
Big parts of why Russ is currently playing on the Nuggets is because they don't need him to shoot, he's cheap (salary wise), he busts his ass, he is a good guy, and is probably as good if not better of a coach than anyone they have not named Malone.
I know, I know, I could fill that role for a lot less money.

For sure. Their 2nd unit was getting smoked.
I definitely don't think he makes sense to play with the starters because of what he's good at, or rather what he's not good at. Murray and Jokic should have the ball in their hands. But with a 2nd unit that has limited shooting ability and scoring ability, he makes some sense (in theory).

I will say this, and I love Westbrook, his age is showing. He was doing some standing around last night that you typically don't see. Hard to keep energy and effort at 100% for this many years. His decline is noticeable.

No it doesn't...but you should be watching the KU football game like a good fan.
The Miami Heat honored Wade with a statue outside the front doors of the Kaseya Center.
The Miami Heat honored Dwyane Wade by unveiling a statue of the basketball legend outside the Kaseya Center in Miami, sealing his legacy with the team and making him the first Heat player with a statue outside the arena.
The statue was revealed at a ceremony Sunday, about eight months after team president Pat Riley announced plans to solidify Wade's legacy with the Heat, according to the NBA.
"This is crazy," Wade said after the statue was unveiled. "I wanted to feel this. Life goes by so fast, and it's very rare that we get to feel things, because we're always off to the next thing. ... I wanted to feel this, man. I wanted to look at it."
In comments after the unveiling, Wade said he never expected this moment.
"I didn’t play for this," he said at the ceremony. "I didn’t pick up the basketball for this. I picked up the basketball to change my family’s life."
He also said he is "one of the luckiest men in the world" because "people believe in me."
The statue, designed by Timeless Creations’ Omri Amrany and Oscar León, sits outside the front doors of the Kaseya Center.
Wade was clearly stunned by the statue, remarking, “That’s crazy. I can’t believe that. Who’s that guy?” just moments after he first laid eyes on it. After he took his place at the podium in front of the statue, he turned multiple times to admire the massive version of himself with a smile on his face.
But Wade’s fans on the internet weren’t as enthusiastic, saying the statue looks little like him.
Making light of Wade’s “who’s that guy?” comment, a user on X said, “We’re all wondering the same thing.”

I hope the Heat didn't pay much for it.

The Celtics are in the midst of an insane comeback. Might run out of time, but they're on a massive run.

The NBA.....
Where it is conceivable that a team with a .333 record will make the playoffs (or at least "play in") and a team that is .500 (or over) won't.
Which would be the scenario if the regular season ended today.
So.....
5 semi quick questions......
1. Are the Cavs a better team than the Celtics?
2. You can choose to go to a game in the city of your choice - alone. Free. Seat 12 rows from the court, center court. Which city do you chose and what teams do you want to see play each other?
3. Stat wise, Luka has been pretty much as good in his first 7 years in the league as LeBron was in his first 7.
I say there is zero chance Luka plays 22 seasons but if he does, will Luka be a legit GOAT candidate?
4. Who will win the 2024/2025 NBA MVP?
5. The Suxers (Sixers) are currently 1-6. The Sucks (Bucks) are currently 2-6. Predict there final regular season records.

1. No. Celtics are better, but Cavs are good. At least in the regular season.
2. MSG. Knicks vs Lakers.
3. Only if he wins a bunch of championships.
4. Luka
5. No clue on 76ers. Depends on health of their 3 stars. Bucks will get it turned around, but i don't think they're contenders to win it all.

1. After last night, I am going to say at this moment, the Cavs are the better team.
2. Illy's call of MSG wasn't bad one at all. I'll go with MSG just for the hell of it but..... I said which teams do you want to see play each other - so it wouldn't have to necessarily be the Knicks playing.
Therefore, today, I would go with Warriors playing the Suns.
3. Almost an impossible question to answer. Obviously if he kept up similar stats to LeBron - yes. If not - no.
4. Can they give it to Jokic again? I might say Durant but as of right now I would say Luka has as good of a chance as anyone.
5. 6ers - 44-38. Bucks 47-35.
Speaking of Luka (and LeBron ).
