I wonder what it would do for the Lebron/MJ debate if Lebron just shaved his noggin like MJ, instead of parading around that Astroturf so spotty it even makes Bill Self blush.

But yea.

I was also wondering who Lebron played that would give context to his 35% stat. His rookie season was the same Karl Malone and Scottie Pippen retired. I think he played Malone in a preseason game, but dunno if he ever played against either in a game that counted

In LeBron's first game he played against Vlade Divac.
Whoa.

Whoa.
Even worse... 26 year old Jabari Smith was on the Kings roster in that first game of James' career. Smith's SON is now in his 2nd NBA season with the Rockets.

Tara VanDerveer (Stanford women’s coach) tied K’s all-time ncaa wins record last night with #1202

i’m guessing she ends up blowing K’s record outta the water

NBA game? Probably not. Now watch it happen in the next week.

Meanwhile, my bet is no one scores more than 272 in a HS game.

Jack Taylor scored 138 in a college game. His team won 179-104.

Unfortunately WCBB just doesn't carry the same weight. Seems like they are more or less separate records for men and women.

I wouldn't have even known this happened if it weren't for your posts here.

That I am not a huge womens CBB fan?

Guilty as charged.

I know you're just trying to stick it to K, which is fine....but it's not the same.

Speaking of WCBB, is there any irony that she got her record breaking win against the Beavers?

I watch a lot of sports TV. I have seen almost nothing about this.

I have seen way more about Caitlyn Clark getting ran into by an OSU fan during the court storming.

I think it's a big deal for womens CBB, absolutely.

I don't think records from the men and women should be mixed. They're not the same.

And I'm guessing the next time they make a list of best coaches in CBB history, they won't have whatever the womens coach who has more wins than K on that list (I honestly don't know her name off the top of my head)...or any womens CBB coach for that matter.

I'm not sure I know who you're talking about.
And by I'm not sure - I'm definitely not sure without looking it up.
