When you think of walk-ons and their sacrifices, NIL is too long coming.

Did read somewhere that the median NIL transaction was something like $65. And average transaction was something like $1,300.

Anyone know if something changed with autographs because of NIL?

My niece and nephew approached Och, Dave, and Jalen after the game last Friday for a selfie. They happily took the photo with them but right away said "we can't do autographs." I would assume it could be from NIL changes.

Would imagine that is the case. Autographs saves for the NILs and the like. Not for the regular average Joe.

I've said on here before, but to me one of the biggest bullshit things for athletes prior to NIL was KU/schools making the team autograph a ton of balls and KU Store selling them for a few hundred bucks a pop.

I was told things like this would ruin the game and drive off some fans. This actually seems kinda cool.
$800 in cash. $1000 in gift cards. He's taking teammates out to use the GC's. College sports are ruined and over!

I, for one, think this will fracture the locker room.

Darren Rovell tweeted out that stat or posted a document that had that figure. Doesn't surprise me at all. There have been very few big deals because there are only a select few athletes that the ROI would be justifiable. Most of those athletes are attractive females.

I remember the Darden stock buying threads. Dine Brands never came up. It was the shrimp, I guess.

Silly play calling. Bad run defense. And a huge hole already. Humorously, TCU has no real discernable injuries. Broken foot my ass. Banged up. Uh huh.
