The mitigating factor in giving Ukraine cluster bombs is that they would be using them on their own territory. When the US used cluster bombs in Iraq the Iraqis were left to clean up the mess. The Ukrainians will face the consequences of their use and can weigh the risks.

Ha. Did not lose money last year. Treasuries made money in a down market.

I actually would be a multi-millionaire if I had followed my own advice. I got a friend to roll the dice on Amazon and Google IPOs. Also gold before 9/11. I thought W was headed for disaster, and unfortunately was right. Kids and groceries is where I put money though.
