The Chiefs schedule was brutal this year, and they have really shown some mettle getting this far. This game just felt fixed to me.

Listen, the defense was horrible. They looked closer to what they really are today than over the last seven or eight games playing some what iffy competition but unless you are wearing Bengals blinders the Chiefs dominated them. They did whatever they wanted but questionable calls turned a blowout into a shoot out which is what the NFL and CBS wanted. That game really shouldn't have been close at all.

Note: don't think I have ever seen such reactions to refs as this game Twitter on fire. In a season with an added game, only one bye. NFL has made some horrible decisions this year, but with COVID and injuries, it looks like one seeds have an incredible advantage.

We'll get 'em in the playoffs, this is excellent motivation.

None of this would have mattered if KC didn’t inexplicably single Chase on a 3rd and 27, when he was literally the only thing that could hurt you.

The Chiefs are fine. All of THAT had to go wrong for a close loss. Yeah potentially losing the 1 seed blows. But they’ll be fine. All the teams in the AFC are tough.

Chiefs have two losses with suspect calls late and another thanks to a CEH fumble
