Yes.
He is in timeout.
This is a different place than dotnet but there are still lines and yes, some people might think those lines are unfair.

Just got the worst job review i've ever had in my entire life.
Even worse than when I worked at a xmas tree farm in early high school and tried to spend most of the day indoors in the heated barn drinking cider trying to hit on the girls working the register.
Work your ass off, new boss comes along, on the verge of being banned.

He's my direct boss. He said I can follow up.
I think he's wrong in all of his assessments. I'm not sure how to fix things.
Just last year I won an award for my work ( humble brag ) just two years after winning that same award.
I feel like i'm taking crazy pills.

without knowing company policy, i’d think there’d be a mechanism by which you can “challenge” his conclusions...maybe through HR

If I started that process, it'd be the eventual end of me, which may happen regardless.
Those things don't typically go over well.

We don't have pho at the Satellite Shack but we do have a six pack of hot sauces, which includes sriracha, on request in an empty 6 pack bottle Coors Lite sleeve.
