There must be some psychoanalytical explanation for why you'd make a great play then feel compulsion to rub your balls in the guy's face while he's on the ground.

Perhaps it's, as some have said, playing time frustration. Doesn't KU have the resources to address these mental health issues with its players who are on the ledge?

I literally don't even give a fuck about about any of this
I hope this is some sort of parody account.
Naw. I am from the .com and .net epochs.
I used to stick up for you and your commentary back on the .net. Yet you don't recall.

What does it say about the lack of respect KSU players have for Bruce Weber that despite the fact that he specifically told his players to back off to finish the bvb game that they mot only completely ignored him and went for the Bush league steal and dunk but then doubled down on it and left the bench to initiate a brawl after the game ended?

Have two entire teams ever been ejected before?

I think Bill does an excellent job of handling these things with the press.

He's going to be a fantastic 4 year player for us.

If we could just get him to stop doing the bow and arrow thing, then I'd have no complaints.

Agreed. Braun was fantastic tonight. Nice to get a game in Big 12 play against such a cream puff for guys like Braun to get so many wide open looks.

It wasn't lost on me.

played as well last night as Grimes did last year in any game.

Well to be honest, Grimes had the game against Michigan State to open the year that was better than Braun.

But Braun was really good.

As I said last night, he'll be a really good 3 year player. And he'll go pro after junior year. And all opposing teams are going to hate him. He's cocky, he talks shit, he celebrates, he's white and he's good.

Pro after year 3?

Even devonte and frank played 4 years. Let's be realistic.

He's a 6 ft 7 wing who can shoot, can handle the ball if needed, is athletic as all get out and is tough on defense and rebounding. Granted, he didn't get drafted, but he played multiple season in NBA.

Those guys are like crack for NBA executives.

I don't know that Braun has the lateral quickness to play in the league, but if he continues to improve his jump shot, you look at Svi who also wasn't the quickest side to side guy and is starting the majority of the games for the Pistons.

Braun 20 pts 4 reb 1 ast 2 stl 6/10 3fg 29 minutes
Grimes 21 pts 1 reb 4 ast 2 stl 6/10 3 fg 30 minutes

I should have said was as good as any game Grimes played. Grimes certainly never had a game "better" than what Braun had last night.

Comparable stats. I get your point. But you know how it is.

I'd say grimes doing it against a good team is more impressive than Braun doing it against an awful team...but Braun is going to have a much better career at KU because he will be here multiple years.

And Braun is an aggressive SOB. I watched Grimes play in Wichita on Saturday. Had a fast break.... and did a layup.

Braun would have tomahawked that bitch so hard.

You want to not rely on stats? Fine Braun is more active, more physical, and more aggressive than Grimes. Not just last night, but in general.

Even at the time the Grimes game felt like a fluke in that he did it all from 3 when he wasn't a good shooter (I thought he'd have lots of games like that at the time, but as the slasher/playmaker he was billed as being).

With Braun it felt like that was the type of game he'd have when he's on.

If there was a 50/50 ball and Grimes and Braun were playing, I'd put my money on Braun getting it between the two. So, similar stat line plus that, I give the edge to Braun.
