None of that matters. He is already well known to NBA scouts.
If you say so. I think kansas fans might be the only ones who truly believe that after this year.
Believe what? That NBA scouts know who he is?

Do you think the scouts were in Ottumwa, IA for the games that were played last year for the food scene?
Nba scouts know who thousands of players are.

I think those scouts that went and saw him in JUCO probably decided that whatever intrigued them against lower competition was exposed at Kansas against elite competition. Whatever buzz he had (or you thought he had) is likely gone now.

The fact Self couldn't even play him on this roster should tell you all you need to know.

Speaking of buzz. Rumors that Tristan may also be headed to free agency.

I don't think TGF has Wiggins or even Vick athleticism, but he was one of the few with legit bounce.

I'm just going to assume this is the first step in a series of moves to get the roster where Bill wants next season.
Lots of guys have potential and are athletic. Only a portion of them work hard enough to have a chance to achieve their potential and only a portion of that group has the mental ability to take advantage of the coaching given to them that, if they are hard enough workers, will allow them to reach their potential.

YMCA gyms all over America have guys in them that had potential and who were athletic.

I'll PayPal you $20 if you're under 40 and not white.

I don't think there's all that much in common among the three? Other than TGF and Enaruna didn't get a lot of clock this year?

Right? Grimes started and played in 36 games. At like 27 minutes a game.

Tristan and TGF played far less than that and played about 9 minutes a game.

Lol. In today's world (ugh), if you have that sort of size/talent/skill mix, you're simply not going to go unnoticed such that no one but your suburban YMCA shirts/skins group knows what could have been.

I'm sorry, but i just have a hard time believing that he's an NBA player. Just don't see it.

If Wayne Selden couldn't be an NBA player then there isn't a chance in hell TGF can. TGF couldn't even impact games on an average Kansas team.
Selden was an NBA player.

I'm not sure I see the "must see a lot of Devon Dotson in him."

Why is that? Based on the tiny little bit I know, "must see a lot of Frank Mason" or "must see a lot of Devonte Graham" or "must see a lot of Dajuan Harris" would be more accurate?

Last guy to decommit from Marquette and go to Kansas worked out OK, for the most part.

Actually, according to Scott Chasen, he withdrew his name 1 minute after his name was posted...

Interesting.

Not sure how you can accidentally enter your name in such a thing. I still assume he's gone.

I think so too. He probably put it in there before talking to Self and staff, so he probably pulled it out to talk with them, but will go back in.

Gotta assume was a logistical error. Tristan gone. Jossell and Muscadine to follow
