Hes been burned on defense several times. The rebound put back was great though.
2 of the baskets scored on him were good defense.
Statistically he's a relatively good defender even though people don't want to admit it.
I bet he's got a great +/- tonight.

Juan and Wilson cranked up their intensity on D late in the half. Juan to be playable has to do it constantly. He’s also gotta keep teams honest at least. There are times he could take a mid range J and instead passes it to the wing/corner. Has to shoot. Has to.

In games like tonight where we need scoring Self has to be willing to put him on the bench. And if he can’t, go small and get Lands in the game with Wilson at the 5.

We have to play Harris tonight.
As much as I'd like Self to develop another guy to handle the ball, neither one of those guys give you what Juan can't--jump shooting off the bounce, or really jump shooting in general.
