You continue to use words (or, here, phrases) that you do not understand.

No jfish. I'm using words and phrases that YOU don't understand. Nothing complicated about it though, just requires looking past your political bias occasionally

Ok, then, enlighten me. Describe the application of the First Amendment to Twitter.

No, it's not. It's not even close to what I am referring to.

Twitter was literally censoring people before musk bought it. You can't be more blunt about 1st amendment violations than that

Again, more words you don't understand.

So instead of starting from a conclusion (Elon = cool) and working backwards, just do what I asked: describe the application of the First Amendment to Twitter.

How does the First Amendment apply to Twitter?

By whom exactly?

How does the First Amendment apply to Twitter?

Hint: maybe start with the entire text of the First Amendment, and come back.

Pretty much all this is him not liking insubordination from his employees. What boss tolerates that?

And we already discussed in length when he banned 3 journalists for a week. He was making a point. They were dumb enough to play right into it when they started trumping the importance of free speech all over the internet

I’m waiting for the explanation you owe me, about how the First Amendment applies to Twitter.

Pretty funny though how your free speech absolutist hero has such thin skin about people’s words.
