Trump has called out many lawmakers regardless of the color of their skin. If he calls out someone who is brown or black or whatever then liberals use it as an excuse to call him a racist. So there!

If by making America great again you and he mean attempting to make Americans intolerant of people of different nationalities, races, and religions that weren't born in the USA, aren't white, and aren't "Christian", then thank God the Libs are no help at all in that regard.
